While the Things seem to make the most of living here in the frozen tundra, we've decided to pack our bags and head out in search of sunshine that comes with warmth this time of year. Of course, according the weather reports I'm hearing, we've been warmer than FL these past couple of days. Oh well...we can't turn back now as we've made that fatal parenting error of already telling the kids. Can you imagine if we told them nope, you don't get to visit with Grandpa, play in the ocean and meet the REAL Thing One and Thing Two? Yeah, it wouldn't be a pretty sight that is for sure.
Fear not, I'll have the stuff to update the blog on the road...well, at least the necessary equipment. One never knows when the mood will strike. Sort of like scrapbooking. For which I"ll finish up this post by sharing the first layout of 2008! See, now doesn't this look like more fun than sledding, skating or making candles with kids? (wink wink, where was our invite chimes in the neglected sister wives?)

Have a great time!!!! Think of us as you are warm and freespirited on the beach! I'll probably be wearing long underwear and 3 sweaters on that day.
