RIGHT NOW
I'm listening to the constant hum of the air conditioning and the ceiling fan and thinking "here we go again, another day of record breaking heat".
And yep- that pretty much sums up July- it was hot, then hotter, then back to hot. Lather, rinse, repeat.
I'm loving that despite the heat I still found ways to get through the heat..
There were trips to the pool as a treat
to my renewed commitment to move my body more.
Yep- despite the heat, I exercised 27 days this month!
And a toddler to play with
Because who could say no to such genuine cuteness?
We sure couldn't...
It was time to say goodbye to the old..
And hello to the new...
There was a dog that needed sitting
And a cat that remained snoozing...
