Hitting the sauce?

Tonight's dinner: spaghetti and meatballs.
Thing Two's face was covered in red sauce....
When I commented about it, in his serious "future attorney" voice he replied

"Yeah, Mom I hit the marinara sauce pretty hard didn't I"
