Trust me, we've all met the seller (at least those of us who are local) and normal isn't the first word that comes to mind...
EXCEPTIONALLY NICE UPGRADED & UPDATED HOME BRIMMING WITH ALL THE EXTRAS YOU WOULD EXPECT, GRACEFUL LANDSCAPING WITH AWESOME CURB APPEAL & A PICTURESQUE SETTING, DESIGNED TO DELIGHT & BUILT TO ENDURE, NORMAL SALE, NORMAL SELLER, MUST SEE!!
But I did tell the realtor's assistant (another parent at the school) that we will buy the realtor the beverage of his choice upon completion of this sale!
Picturesque setting: has to be referncing the back yard neighbor (moi) or maybe the front yard/across the street neighbor (the Ms are pretty people too).
I guess if the seller isn't normal, all the rest of the ad is suspect, too? :-D
